Who We Are
Regional Center for Border Health, Inc. is licensed by the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education as a Vocational Training Center. In an effort to “Grow Our Own”, Health Education Career Institute was established in 2007 to provide Allied Health Vocational Training Programs for community residents to become certified in entry-level healthcare occupations.
Mission Statement
To provide certification, apprenticeship or upward mobility into higher level of healthcare professions as well as to improve accessibility of medical services in Western Arizona.
